This error occurs due to MAZE being an outdated and Windows being incompatible with the version.
To fix this, we will first need to remote into the users computer and uninstall MAZE using 'Add or Remove programs' inside Windows.
- Ensure that the uninstallation is fully complete on the users computer.
- Then we will need to access the users Windows File Explorer, and navigate to \\colgsccm\$d
- This will then prompt you advising the user does not have access
- Click 'More Options', we will then need to enter your admin credentials in the Username and Password fields.
- Once complete, navigate to 'Sources', at the bottom there willbe the new Civic Installer executable
- Run this and complete the installation on their machine.
- Ensure they can log in and access MAZE
