Problem Description

Users experience difficulties opening files in the Aurion Citrix environment, encountering persistent errors.

Solution Steps

  1. Navigate to C Drive 
    • Open File Explorer
    • Go to the C drive
  2. Create Temporary Folder 
    • Right-click in the C: drive
    • Select "New" > "Folder"
    • Name the folder "Temp"
  3. Restart Citrix 
    • Close the Citrix application completely
    • Relaunch Citrix
    • Attempt to open the file again

Expected Result

  • File should now open without previous errors
  • Temporary folder creation resolves file access issues
