Users experience difficulties opening files in the Aurion Citrix environment, encountering persistent errors.

Solution Steps
- Navigate to C Drive
- Open File Explorer
- Go to the C drive
- Create Temporary Folder
- Right-click in the C: drive
- Select "New" > "Folder"
- Name the folder "Temp"
- Restart Citrix
- Close the Citrix application completely
- Relaunch Citrix
- Attempt to open the file again
Expected Result
- File should now open without previous errors
- Temporary folder creation resolves file access issues
