User has somehow linked Outlook profile to O365 email account.
1. Delete profile
2. Run HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover and Create a DWORD (30-bit) value for ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint and change the value to “1” to enable it.
3. Reboot
4. Create new profile using existing OST file data.
5. Open Outlook. Should point to Exchange
