Please try this:

Type "cmd" in the search box at the bottom left then right-click on Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".

Copy and paste this line "fsutil behavior set SymlinkEvaluation R2R:1" and press Enter.

Try accessing the Photographs folder again. Hopefully it should work now.
